1. Prepare The Surface
Always test the surface to be treated for suitability and desired results. Let surface dry before assessing results of test application.

Mechanically remove surface laitance and repair cracks or damage, and neutralize with a pH-neutral cleanser if chemicals are used.

2. Clean The Surface

Remove curing compounds, wax, sealers, oils, grease, dirt, and any other contaminants.

Scrub the surface thoroughly to remove remaining dirt or dust. Avoid cleaners with butoxyethanol.

Allow the surface to dry completely before application. *Add 1 hour dry time in humid conditions
3. Apply 1st Coat

Shake the material in the container before application

Use a 100% polyester microfiber pad to apply a thin, even coat at 1,500 sq/ft per gallon. *Avoid heavy application to prevent a milky or cloudy finish.
4. Dry & Burnish

Allow the first coat to dry completely.

Burnish the surface using diamond-impregnated pads and a floor burnisher (minimum 1,500 RPM).
5. Apply 2nd Coat

Repeat the process: apply a thin coat, let it dry, and burnish again.

Keep the surface dry for 24 hours after treatment to ensure proper curing. Increase to 72 hours in humid conditions.

Application In Extreme Weather Conditions
High Humidity – Apply the material as above, increasing cure time as needed to allow the surface to dry between applications. Surface must remain dry for up to 96 hours or more following treatment to allow material to cure properly.

The fast-drying and extremely durable bonding characteristics of DuraGloss 30+™ will permanently bond to a variety of surfaces and is extremely difficult to remove once it has cured. It is strongly recommended that areas which could be affected by splatters, splashes, or overspray be masked and protected prior to treatment.
DO NOT ALLOW DuraGloss 30+™ TO FREEZE OR TO BE STORED AT TEMPERATURES ABOVE 120°F (48°C)
