Apply
1. Prepare the Surface

Clean and dry the crack or damaged area. Use a grinder, crack chaser, or chisel to open cracks to a minimum 1/8" width and depth.

Remove dust, debris, oil, and moisture using a vacuum and wire brush.
2. Mixing RepairX 10
RepairX 10 has (2) components; Part A and Part B. To mix, pour Part B into Part A and blend for 15 seconds. Do not mix more product than can be placed in the space of three (3) minutes. If pigment is required, add 1 oz. per every 10 oz. of mixed (A+B) material. Stir the pigmented mixture thoroughly until the color is homogenous.

3. Apply RepairX 10

Inject or pour the mixed polyurea into the crack, joint, or repair area.

Overfill slightly, as the material may shrink minimally during cure.

For spalls, pour and trowel flush with the surface quickly before set time.

Once cured (typically within 5-15 minutes), grind flush with the concrete using a floor grinder or cup wheel.
