1. Prepare the Surface
1. Material inside the cartridge needs to be at a minimum of 70°F. Shake cartridge vigorously for 2-3 minutes (or until pigment appears fully blended). While holding cartridge up right. Remove the plastic nut and plug.

2. While the cartridge remains upright, Install the included static mixer tip by placing the treaded or bell-shaped end of the mixer wand to the top of the cartridge. Turn the nut or mixer tip clockwise until snug. Keep the cartridge upright after the tip has been installed.

3. Install the cartridge into a 600ml 1:1 dispensing gun. It is recommended to install
the cartridge with the label down toward the gun so that you can see the material
level while dispensing the cartridge.

4. While holding the cartridge upright begin to slowly and smoothly pull the dispensing gun trigger to push out air in the the cartridge and mixing tip.

5. Once material enters the mixing tip immediately move the cartridge to a downward position with the end of the mixer tip being the lowest point.

6. Dispense a small amount of material into a container to confirm material is properly blended.

7. Begin installation of the material, keep the cartridge as perpendicular as possible to the crack or joint. When dispensing keep consistent and continuous pressure on the trigger. Short pumps can result in becoming off ratio.

8. Allow product to become tack free and firm (1-2 hours) then shave flush to the substrate using a wide blade floor scraper.
The joint sidewalls must be freshly abraded with a clean-out saw with a diamond blade and then vacuumed clean to expose clean, dust-free edges to maximize adhesion.
For rough or broom-finished concrete it is recommended to avoid overfilling the joint as shaving could be difficult. For smooth non-densified concrete, a stain prevention product/method should be considered to prevent etching.
