1. Prepare the Surface

Clean and dry the crack or damaged area. Use grinder, crack chaser, or chisel to open cracks to a minimum 1/8" width and depth.

Remove dust, debris, oil, and moisture using a vacuum and wire brush.
2. Mixing RepairX
Thoroughly shake the cartridge for several minutes before using material. If you mix RepairX by hand pour part B into part A and blend for 8-10 seconds.
Do not mix more product than can be put down in the space of three minutes. If adding pigment to kits, use 1 oz. of pigment to 10 oz. of A & B mixture. Stir combined mixture thoroughly for 8-10 seconds to make color homogenous and eliminate streaking.
3. Apply RepairX

Inject or pour the mixed polyurea into the crack, joint, or repair area.

Overfill slightly, as the material may shrink minimally during cure.

For spalls, pour and trowel flush with the surface quickly before set time.

Once cured (typically within 5-15 minutes), grind flush with the concrete using a floor grinder or cup wheel.
