Cleaner & Pad System
Daily maintenance of concrete and tile floors is essential to preserve their durability, appearance, and longevity. The SealSource Maintenance Program combines the use of our diamond pads and CleanEase Li to give you the best performance possible while reducing maintenance cost.
Restore
This restoration process will work to draw out contaminants, stains, remove black marks, build up of dirt, etc. During this restoration phase the floor may look worse before it looks better, this is normal due to the restorative nature of the pads working to remove all that is in the floor.

Scrub with auto scrubber using the "SealSource Restore Pad' (silver gray) with the CleanEase Li daily. One ounce of the CleanEase Li should only be added when fresh water is added to the tank. Do not add the cleaner everyday.

With your first pass leave the squeegee up allowing water and cleaning solution to dwell on the floor. With the second pass, put squeegee down to remove dirty water.

Restore Pad
Revive
This revive process will begin to close the pores of the concrete which will result in providing increased protection against the penetration of spills, cart and foot traffic, and overall wear and tear. During this revive phase the floors should start to brighten up.

​Scrub with the auto scrubber using the “SealSource Revive Pad” (Yellow) with the CleanEase Li daily. One ounce of the CleanEase Li should only be added when fresh water is added to the tank. Do not add the cleaner everyday.
Revive Pad
Duration - 3 weeks
This renew process will continue closing the pores of the concrete providing increased protection against spills, cart and foot traffic, and overall wear and tear. At the end of this process you will be ready to return to standard daily maintenance procedures. During this phase the floors sheen will continue to increase resulting in greater light reflectivity.

This routine process should be followed daily to maintain your freshly renewed floor.

CleanEase Li
CleanEase Li is a neutral, non-rinsing, cleaner designed to remove dust and debris from any surface. It does not require rinsing after application. This odorless, non-toxic cleaner is environmentally-friendly. CleanEase Li reduces labor and maintenance costs while increasing the productivity of the surface being cleaned.
